Returns & Exchanges

At JODI Life, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 10 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details to ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  After approval, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address at a time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
